I would suggest getting agility and vision up to your 2nd Cap - both strength and blocking are looking pretty good at this point. Once agility and vision is up at the 2nd Cap, then work on speed to make your OT faster for keeping up with the RB when he's running the ball to the outside - this will help in the distance that the RB gets for each carry. I say this because you appear to be building him for a ROT position. If you can keep up with the RB for downfield blocks after initially taking out the LDE, the running game for whatever team you're playing on will become more impressive.
