I don't know because you haven't opened the build, but http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=824026 and http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=823993 have bigger bars which means you spent too much on SAs or you haven't cap built enough (because I didn't and I'm still beating your bars).
