The next level should get you 5SP and blocking 66. Take 4 BTs, convert it to a SP before you level up, and use the 6SP to 3cap blocking. Agility is already 41.2, so you shouldn't train it anymore. After you 3cap blocking and then level up to 24, then you should pump agility with SPs. This gets your blocking core (str/blk/agi) way up.

Train vision and confidence as those are two very important secondary stats (vision helps keep you on the NT and confidence keeps your morale high so your attributes stay effective).
