Nah I wouldnt retire him..
I think you still have a great player..
plus you can still build up his stength and you have done good job balancing that out with his blocking skill..
I say keep building him up..
I also like that you havent used any special abilities points yet..

because he was working on both strength and blocking, instead of capping one and moving to the next. it make sense. he just need to work on strength for a while. it'll be fine
