I'm looking to become a DC for a team this season coming up, I have 2 seasons' experience at OC and I feel that the knowledge of what works and what doesn't on offense as well as knowing the strengths and weaknesses of each play will give me a real strong foundation to build on.

Obviously I have experience with the AI and I've even DCd for a game for a team where I used the play creator.

I also have a knowledge of what builds to look for and I won't be bothered if I start as a recruiter/scout for a DC. I will dedicate a lot of time to the job as I will only have that and my OC job with another team to do and I am very active on the forums.

I've whittled the list down to about 3 teams that I all really like, just waiting for a reply on a message I've sent out and then I'll get sending out messages as I'll have my mind made up.

The team I've decided to go for is...

The Cincinnati Cardinals.

Why? I think the management are very friendly, knowledgeable and I'm looking forward to working with them. Also I really am flattered by the interest I've received from some very high levelled, high league teams but I just really don't have the confidence to go straight in at the deep end like that yet, I have a good understanding of the 21/24 capped leagues on offense so in terms of defense I can get a head start on what works and what doesn't so I feel more confident starting there. Thanks for all your guys interest and I'm sorry I can't work with all of you
