I'm very impressed with Bobby Bacala and would like to induct him into the Gunner army. We're offering a one season, end on day 40 contract with roughly 40 snaps a normal game (max xp guaranteed, once in a while a gameplan will call for more 3-4 but you'll get max xp per game). Contract/bonus will be competitive but fiscally responsible. Because we want to put more pressure on the QB this coming season, you would get a 100% equipment package to facilitate that. You have a strong and focused identity for your build and I think he would excel in our system. You're built in such a way that you can hold your own in run blocking and dominate the LG in pass blocking. Starting DT position is yours day one. We are 7 seasons old with 7 post season appearances and next season will be no exception. We are not a fly by night operation and will not close up shop at any point in the foreseeable future.

You will likely be our #2 NT, though we use a 50%/50% rotation so you'll be getting half the plays/game which will be around 40 average. I love the build btw, and your production is nice no doubt. We'd likely have you in there on some running situations and all passing situations, fwiw.

We also have an active forum, great agents, and have made the playoffs both our seasons in Pro. I know normally teams that finish the season 0-8 aren't what you'd consider title contenders, but I can assure you we are. We had some problems down the stretch, but it was a learning experience. We majorly revamped our O and D for our playoff game against the #1 seed wolfpack and played them close (the game was tied at halftime, we were down 4 going into the 4th).

Next season we will be doing our best to be competitive against every team in our league, aiming for a top 4 playoff seed and to make some playoff noise. We are not a team coming off of a gold trophy, but you definitely have the opportunity here to be one of several players we are bringing in to push us over the top.
