I did like 300 crunches. Man my abs hurt this morning. What do you think about that Leroy Jenkins?

Every 2 days I workout on the Bowflex for 2 hours ... run 2 miles ... and then hit the punching bag for 30 minutes. Nano vapor is awesome !

Yeah but I'm fat and I'm a college kid so I can't afford a bowflex. Every monday wednesday and friday i like to hit the gym and lift weights and run for an extended amounts of time. on tuesdays and thursdays i like to ab work outs and run sprints and stuff. I'm treating to beat Leroy Jenkins' ass.

I actually really despise wrestling, but I am proud of our wrestling team because they are just an absolute powerhouse.

NSchmidt doesn't go to Iowa, though. He goes to Creighton, majoring in deep-throating. Seriously, he is gay.

We drink too... You see the problem is the weather has been real shitty and I can't plant my corn quite yet. Congrats you are more entertaining then corn.

I lied. I didn't tell them about you. I've been busy watching baseball and grilling hot dogs. Also I've been out in the fields, catching greased pigs, riding my tractor to the local C-Store and attending the local Friday night church dances.

LOL .. Iowa City is a really nice campus. I wrestled for Cornell College a million years ago and used to road trip it out just to watch Gable ccoaching in the pit. Had to freaking pay 5.00 just to watch practice.
