Alpha Conference:
Donetsk Hammers vs Riga Raptors - Donetsk was able to smash their way into first place and will enjoy a bit of a breather and a time to wipe the blood from their hammers. Btw looking at last weeks game, I am firmly convinced that they freaking robbed Thor of his hammer, and thus should change their names to the Valhalla Hammers.
Kaufbeuren Knights vs Chernobyl Aftermath - A very close game that Kaufbeuren will win because Pitch Black failed random drug testing, as evident from his most recent prediction post.
Victorious Secret vs Teutonic Knights - Awesome job TKnights and gratz on the seeding. Don't expect you to make it through this one, but think you are looking to be a damn tough team next season. Victorious can save their secret "all nude" icon for later on in the playoffs.
Miami Ravens vs Ramstein Rampage - Will this be the last Rampage team that Miami gets to play? I'm guessing they'll advance, but the other Alpha power houses (and some Zeta ones) will be dying to get the chance to deny the meeting.




Zeta Conference:
Rammstein Rampage vs Dnipropetrovsk Destroyers - No offense dni... whatever, but you are just out leveled. Here's to a good season next year
Bratislava Zabijaks vs Mount Olympus Titans - I have a ton of respect for both teams. Very well run teams with good sportsmanship, but after our last meeting I'm going to have to favor Mount Olympus for the upset. Whatever the score it should be a damn good game.
Berlin Ball Busters vs MARYLAND SHOCKERS - Maryland's new DC drew the death card for their playoff birth. Only it's not a normal death card, but one with the grim reaper flicking them off with their families impaled in the background. Seriously though, good luck next year Maryland. I look forward to seeing where your coaching staff can take you.
Warsaw Sabotage vs Szolnok Soldiers - Warsaw is looking for a few things. First of all to show lighting can strike twice and they can beat Szolnok again. Second is to rub in their victory to those who didn't put them in the top 10. This will be a good game, but I think Warsaw will come out and (rightfully so) give a big "told ya so" to those who didn't consider them with the top teams.

Donetsk Hammers vs Kaufbeuren Knights - I expect a better showing from Kaufbeuren this time, but in the end I still expect them to lose. Thor's hammer thunders on the to the conference championship game. Kaufbeuren takes solace in that they can go home having won a tough playoff game and drink lots of fine local beer.
Victorious Secret vs Miami Ravens - Victorious won a very close game in regular season. I expect both teams are scouting the crap out of each other and I expect Victorious' defense to pull out a close win for them.



Zeta
Rammstein Rampage vs Mount Olympus Titans - It's going to be a lot close than people think it will be. Mount Olympus has a damn good team and earned a lot of respect with how close they played us last time. I expect another good game.
Berlin Ball Busters vs Warsaw Sabotage - I think Warsaw has learned a bit throughout this season and if they can keep from giving up the pick 6s I think they might be able to pull out the upset just barely.

It will be a good game between us and Berlin. Both defenses stepped up in the first meetings. We held them to 1 offensive TD but they scored on all of our turnovers and held us to only 1 TD period. I am excited to see what happens!!

GG Rampage. Look out all next season we will destroy

Yeah I almost think the Knights were playing dead a few games ago. I expect this to be a much better game.

even if we win, I wouldn't be surprised if they give us the toughest game in zeta. A good team and kind of flew under the radar a lot this season I think.

Yeah, they surprised more than a few people... and we were lucky to go 1-1 against them... unfortunately the loss came where it counted... in the post-season...

Conference Championship Games!

Donetsk Hammers vs Miami Ravens - This ones a tough one. Both really good teams, and Donetsk's only loss came at the hands of the Ravens. But it was earlier in the season and they have been on a hot streak you wouldn't believe... But Miami did just beat Victorious by 21. Going to be one hell of a game, but I think with some extra scouting Donetsk will hold out for the win. I'm still back and forth like every hour so that might change... we'll see how I feel about it tomorrow

Rammstein Rampage vs Warsaw Sabotage - There is just no going against your team in my book. Lots of respect for Warsaw, and I think it will be a good game, but I have to pick Rammstein to win.

GG warsaw, didn't seem phased by our defense. Hope to see ya in AA
