Congratulations to everyone in Garuda who has made the playoffs! Woooooo! Sarnia plowed their way in with a 6-game winning streak passing up Kendari for the 8th and final spot.

Now... for the matchups.


#1 Portland (15-1) will host #8 Sarnia (10-6)
-Portland won their week 10 matchup 54-7

#4 Clarion (12-4) will host #5 Boogaloo's (12-4)
-Clarion won their week 14 matchup 25-20

#2 Zhengzhou (13-3) will host #7 Midwest (11-5)
-Zhengzhou won their week 16 matchup 55-33

#3 Oakland (12-4) will host #6 Chengdu (11-5)
-Chengdu won their week 6 matchup 37-17

Everyone feel free to throw some predictions out there.

Personally, I think Oakland will give Chengdu a much better game than their week 6 performance.

As an "outsider" looking in from Naga-side...I am surprised Chengdu finished as the #6 seed. I thought earlier in the season they were going to be a top 3-4 team, especially with the way they were playing when they were at 9-1. I'm not surprised to see Oakland as the 3-seed(very solid team)...but I'm sure they weren't expecting to play a team of Chengdu's caliber in the first round. I think that is the game to watch in the first round...At this moment right now, I could see that game going either way.

There were really 9 solid teams in this league. Kendari had some great wins this season, its a shame they couldnt hang in there.

Every single one of those games can be won be either team. Crazy!

This has been a great, competitive conference since we've been here, and every season it seems anything can happen. There are no easy wins in the first round, that's for sure!
