3 weeks left, I know for us Pigs we have a brutal 3 game ending to the season, all playoff contenders, the fever have a top D in every category, the Mounties are a top 5 and Angola at the 8 spot. Allot of solid teams in Lion,, I'm not sure there won't be a few upsets before the season is over. The loss to the Preds gave us a reality check, and I think we almost deserved a loss to the Crusaders, so I don't see anything as set in anything but mud.

Where do other Lion teams see themselves? Uganda appears to have cracks in the armor though none has pierced it yet, and so many other teams seem to be rock paper scissors against each other it's not so straight forward as WHO is better, matchups and game planning appear to play more of a part this year than most I have seen.

Uganda has been burned in the playoffs enough times that we aren't taking anything for granted.

But to be honest I don't even game plan for the regular season anymore.

Dots are dots though. They don't always follow directions.

I have no idea what the Lion will look like when the playoffs start. We'll be number 1 and I suspect the Pigs will be two, but I have no idea how it shakes out afterwards. It could be that all of the teams in the playoffs will be tough outs, even the 7 and 8 seeds, as everyone in should have decent winning records.

So, we'll see what happens. Good luck to all fighting for a spot or positioning for home games and what they consider as favorable seeding.

The last few playoff spots will be interesting.

The Predators, Angola, Bumba, Niger, and Cape Town are all in the mix for three spots. I see Niger as the strongest team of the five, and they have the most favorable schedule to finish, so I think they're in.

The Predators play Bumba, Niger, and Cape Town...so the outcome of all three of those games will greatly affect the picture.

Angola must win against Bumba, but will probably lose to Pretoria and Fever.

Bumba must win against Angola, and clinch with a win over the Predators.

Cape Town must beat the Predators, and hope Angola loses to Bumba.

The Mountaineers, seem to have some sort of "bug" this season a few unfortunate plays here and there and we are looking like a slim version of our former selves. But after all its not about the small picture of over all record, sure its nice and a good recruiting staple but its about the big picture, the playoffs ! So as long as we arrive there that's all i am concerned with. With that said i will join the pool and say, it looks like it's any ones game from here. Some upsets i am sure of and some surprisen outcomes as well. But don't count us out ! Good luck to all and see you gentlemen on the field.

I think the top 10 in Lion are really close in terms of talent. I feel we (Cape Town) could have won every game we've played if 1 big play would have gone 1 way or another. Unfortunately for us, right now we sit as the #9 team and just miss the playoffs. The Angola loss really hurt our chances I think, but I honestly feel we can win our last 3 games (if we can start to get some points on the board)

The Mambas are battling for the last few spots. We think we are about 5 plays away from a home playoff spot but we probably blew that already. Our early season schedule was tougher than the end so we have the appearance of getting better.

Tactics and RNG have been huge this season.

Most of the teams are fairly even and it seems like a few big plays are going to decide those last few spots.

Predators managed the win after a very good game, so 1 down 2 to go!
