nope not gonna work. If ur under 16 and you have flex chances are your parents bought it for you. And chances are that parent is over 16.

I have a 14-year old friend who owns a PeeWee team that's doing great. Don't think the players are complaining.

be more careful in who you sign with. if the person is immature why would you sign there? for the fake money?

Bolded why birth date won't work. Don't think Bort wants to discriminate against anyone for any reason. Best advice I can give is research the team, maybe pm a couple of the players on the team and see how they like the team/team forum/etc.

i always like exchanging a few PMs with any owner i'm gonna sign with . . . you can get a pretty good sense of maturity level just by doing that.

How about only letting people 16 or older post suggestions?
