i have spoken to dozens of these agents who say they are slow building and don't boost and don't get equipment.

They don't boost right away, but they boost during the offseason. They may wait a couple of seasons before they buy custom eq, but they do buy it.

I taking out some steam. this equipment shit and shuffle got me pissed off.

Custom equipment has nothing to do with slow building, since it doesn't interfere with the slow building process. Boosting right before the playoffs, for lower level player, is intelligent and isn't really a "slow build thing" either.

maybe i am just dealing with dead-enders and clue less agents. i still think that something is seriously wrong with Bort's model. He creates incentatives for people to lose. Perhaps, I am confusing slowbuild with teams that are gutted to rebuild.
