Think the computer got all of last weeks results correct, although the Rubbers - Lightening game was not close as predicted. Heres week 11, lot of mis-matches in Alpha and again look to Zeta for game of the week as the Vik's take on the Schiltron.

ALPHA CONFERENCE

Langen 6-50 Oslo

The Tigers don’t look like losing their winning streak in this game.

Detroit 4-188 Cambridge

A whitewash for the Chieftains, the Mayors like lambs to the slaughter.

Lowestoft 169-7 Monaco

Sharks well and truly bundled in the Trawlermens nets with another top v bottom mis-match.

Langenfeld 39-25 Copenhagen

Longhorns just too strong for the Cunning Stunts as they continue there drive towards a play-off spot.

Palermo 43-22 Hamburg

Computer says Palermo, but since their turn to CPU, it is entirely possible that the Vipers may have the bite.

Bern 94-6 New York

The Pal Pounders pounded again in this one. Inferno continue their impressive form.

Buffalo 18-30 Inverness

Mid-table clash, both teams looking to climb above the 50% mark. Will the Monsters be able to do it?

Paris 16-46 Las Vegas

Las Vegas hold all the cards for this one.

ZETA CONFERENCE

Bornholm 10-42 Stirling

The Vikings are on quite a winning run but they are up against another team on a winning run and the boys from Stirling will be too strong.

Athens 5-57 Natal

Straight forward outing for the Hellboys.

Gascony 62-12 Bielefeld

Bestias too strong for the Elite.

Pa Pa Dong’s 32-16 Rome

Dragons Farm continue to push Stirling all the way and they wont slip up here either.

Hamburg 11-65 Sexintown

Cant use another “spunk all over em” line again, have to get some new patter. However, the Rubbers easily continue their recent fine form and maintain play-off challenge form.

D-Lightening 68-23 Helsinki

After last week’s slip-up the Lightening back to winning ways and chasing for one of those play-off spots.

KC Belgian 21-52 Wichita

Bottom of the table clash and the Grundle Pumpers to secure an easy victory.

Zurich 6-71 Marshfield

The Pirates, like the Dragons Farm continue to push Stirling in the hope that they slip up along the way.

Good stuff again. Do appreciate you taking the time to post these. Two very interesting games this week in Alpha

Langenfeld 39-25 Copenhagen
Buffalo 18-30 Inverness

I think they will go they way they are predicated to go but if there are going to be any 'shocks' it will be in these games. In the first of these games a fumble or an interception at a bad time could swing it Copenhagens way and if they use bonus tokens they could well prove the computer wrong but Langenfeld are a pretty decent team themselves....

In the 2nd game Buffalo have a pretty decent D and could consider themselves to be unlucky to only be 5-5 . Monsters on the other hand have had some odd results. They had a great win against Copenhagen, and tough loss against Langenfeld and a poor loss against Las Vegas so who knows which monster team is going to turn up. At their best they have looked good and at their worst they have looked bad..all very odd if you ask me

If I am being honest, thats probably more down to the GM (me included) being total novices at tactics

It never ceases to amaze me how being off on one little setting can make or break you with the tactics.

Man, tough loss for the Fish but things were pretty close (based off the box score) until the end. Oh well, I'm still new at the whole being a GM thing.
