--It is no surprise that it was a tough game for the Dragons. The best team won, but the Cats proved once again that they are not a team to fall asleep on. It was a fairly even game offensively and defensively, but the Dragons passed much better. Usually one turnover would be looked at as pretty good for a team, but Carolina’s one turnover seemed like a lot in this game.

The Knights pounded the ball down the throat of the Puffers. They managed 303 yds on 54 carries with a 5.6 ypr. They also threw for 204 yds. The other key was their defense held the Puffers to 1.7 ypc. Put two and two together and you get a 10-41 blowout.

--The Pterodactyls played better then any team this week. They managed to run the ball efficiently for 190 yds. They passed incredibly for 393 yds and completed over 75% of their passes. The Ninjas just ran up against the wrong defense at the wrong time. They managed only 172 yds in the game. Turnovers weren’t an issue for them, they just couldn’t move the ball.

They were simply outmatched in this game.
