It is with a heavy heart that I must reveal a terrible truth about the Brisbane Gods: Myself, along with most of the other defensive players and offensive line, have been taking anabolic steroids the last two seasons. Since about week 9 last season, we've been cheating in this fashion.

In addition, since about week 14 last season, we've been taping opposing teams defensive signals during games. We understood this to be wrong, and went through great effort to keep this under wraps. Also, we taped the Carabao Buffaloes walk-through before the finals, and used this to gain a competitive advantage.

I hope the other teams in the league can, in time, forgive us for our serious indiscretions.

I didn't mention that we bribed refs, took a combination of PCP, crystal meth, caffine, radiation and purple we call Goderade(trademarked), pumped noise into our stadium, laundered money, blackmailed the commish, kidnapped children and put them in sweat shops to make jerseys to sell (which is why we have so much money), hit mailboxes with baseball bats and put bags of dog shit on porches, lit them on fire and ran.
