OK, after a 2 Week hiatus, it's back! (Sorry Mother's Day Weekend was extremely busy around my house.)

Zeta Conference

1. RMOB (9-0)- @ Shannon Shammin' Cocks (RMOB still has everything on cruise control and a showdown with Sarajevo on the horizion)
2. Sarajevo Black Hand (8-1)- @ South London Cowboys (looking to use the next 2 weeks to get tuned up for the HUGE game with RMOB in week 12)
3. Hungarian Headhunters (7-2)- @ NALBFB (won 6 in a row since week 3 loss to Sarajevo, should be able to extend winning streak to 7 games after week 10)
4. Odessa Hellhounds (8-1)- @ Saratov Tigers (could they be tested this week by Saratov? we shall see, but my bet is Odessa rolls)
5. Saratov Tigers (6-3)- vs. Odessa Hellhounds (the Tigers have lost 2 of their last 3, but the losses have been to great teams. can Saratov finally win a big one in Week 10?)
6. Finland Falcons (6-3)- @ Gallifrey Time Lords (Finland has quietly put together a nice winning streak that should be extended to 5 in week 10)
7. NALBFB (5-4)- vs. Hungarian Headhunters (lost 3 out of their last 4 by sound margins and are in danger of falling to .500 in Week 10)
8. FLBL (5-4)- @ Königsberg Crusaders (good win vs. South London, should pick up another win vs. the Crusaders this week)
9. South London Cowboys (5-4)- vs. Sarajevo Black Hand (2 game losing streak will be extended to 3 in Week 10)
10. Krakow Assassins (4-5)- vs. Hungary Mofos! (Krakow could be a team that makes a STRONG playoff push in the final weeks of the season, and that push starts with Hungary)
11. Athens Greece Balls (2-7)- @ Athens Attack (even with loss to a bad Hungary team, the Greece Balls at least keep things competitive)
12. Gallifrey Time Lords (2-7)- vs. Finland Falcons (there is no rhyme or reason for this ranking, other than everyone else is just bad)
13. Shannon Shammin' Cocks (2-7)- vs. RMOB (good news: the cocks have won 2 in a row. bad news: the cocks will take a beating by the Brides) *Yes, pun intended.
14. Hungary Mofos! (1-8)- @ Krakow Assassins (hey, atleast the losing streak was briefly interrupted with a win!)
15. Königsberg Crusaders(1-8)- vs. South London Cowboys (the Crusaders have begun the countdown to a May 27 showdown with Hungary, everything else is just practice)
16. Athens Attack (0-9)- vs. Athens Greece Balls (went CPU, thus remains winless and will serve as the official stat-padding game for Zeta Conference)

Alpha Conference

1. The Regulators (9-0)- @ Slovakia Stunners (the Regulators continue to put up ridiculous numbers on people, however, they will face a big test from Slovakia)
2. KGB Assassins (9-0)- vs. MST (wasn't very impressive in win against Romania, will have to play much better the next 3 weeks)
3. Slovakia Stunners (8-1)- vs. The Regulators (the GOTW will be at Stunner Stadium, Slovakia needs to win this game to remain in strong contention for a top 2 playoff seed)
4. Bucharest Warriors (7-2)- vs. Romania Rampage (the Warriors should be able to use this game as a tune up for KGB)
5. Moscow Mad Cows (7-2)- @ Budapest Exterminators (after a tough loss to Slovakia, the Cows should absolutely destroy Budapest)
6. Murmansk Shock Therapy (7-2)- @ KGB Assassins (MST did not look too impressive vs. Slovakia, however they bounced back vs. Budapest and now must deal with KGB)
7. Wroclaw Wolverines (6-3)- @ Lascaux Artesians (bounced back last week vs. CutlerRidge, should gain more momentum this week against the Fightin' Flintstones)
8. Romania Rampage (4-5)- @ Bucharest Warriors (the Rampage's early season schedule has worn on them and it don't get any easier this week with Bucharest)
9. Georgia Bullfrogs (5-4)- @ Zagreb Titans (3 game winning streak and the Bullfrogs are breaming with confidence)
10. Zagreb Titans (4-5)- vs. Georgia Bullfrogs (the Titans are hoping they can end this 3 game losing streak against the Bullfrogs)
11. Rome's Fighting Gladiator's (4-5)- @ Mile High Salute (looking to get back to .500 in Week 10)
12. Lascaux Artisans (1-8)- vs. Wroclaw Wolverines (the Fighin' Flintstones have received this ranking above the Salue due to the fact that the Artesians scored more points agains Budapest)
13. Mile High Salute (1-8)- vs. Rome's Fighting Gladiators (fell one point shy of the 12th spot in the rankings)
14. CutlerRidge Hurricanes (1-8)- vs. USSR Red Terror (looking for win #2 against a human controlled team)
15. USSR Red Terror (0-9)- @ CutlerRidge Hurricanes (can't be the 2nd victim of the Hurricanes)
16. Budapest Exterminators (0-9)- vs. Moscow Mad Cows (the players have officially walked out on the Exterminators)

Overall

1. RMOB
2. The Regulators
3. KGB Assassins
4. Slovakia Stunners
5. Sarajevo Black Hand
6. Bucharest Warriors
7. Hungarian Headhunters
8. Odessa Hellhounds
9. Moscow Mad Cows
10. Murmansk Shock Therapy

hanging around the final playoff spot still. we've still got the top three teams in zeta left on the schedule, plus a tough finland game. we've got three winnable games. the finland outcome could decide whether or not we make the playoffs. we've lost a couple of really tight games that have really cost us. this season has pretty much been exactly what i expected when i saw everyone's levels.

I was not impressed with our performance against Mile High. Defense was solid though, only allowing a TD from special teams. We need to figure some things out with our offense though.

Thanks again for doing these! Your rankings seem to be the only thing keeping our league forum alive. As always they are great reading.

KGB is the team to beat IMO... Rube you know you guys have a monster squad (like the humility though) and RMOB ain't no joke either!

The top 10 in this league is pretty damn strong and I can see another 2- 4 teams sneaking in that group before seasons end.

no problem, it's always good to read what someone else has to write about your team.

idk, we still have some very tough games left. (MST, Bucharest, Moscow and you guys) it's going to take a little bit of luck to be able to sneak in a home playoff game. RMOB is a damn good team as well, as is Sarajevo, Odessa, and the Headhunters. it's anyone's ballgame IMO.

Bucharest is taking you down on Friday. ;-)

Not that we are looking past Romania or anything. :-0

Bucharest does have a very strong team. We'll be very fortunate to come out of that game with a victory.

Odessa has our number. If we beat Sarajevo, I see us losing to Odessa.

I don't have the time right now to get this whole forum rolling by hyping my team up and pissing off everyone like I did last season.(finals are in a week)
