what do you think about player awards & our own probowl or allstar votes?

you can nominate 4 players from each team and we can vote .what do you guys think

So every owner nominates for players from each team, including their own? I think it is a pretty good idea. Those that have been extremely active, as have most of my guys, deserve the recognition for accomplishments made by the team.

right except once you nominate the 4 players you can't vote for you own.that way there is no homer votes.Im just trying 2 throw something out there.i took over a horrid team ,so would like to make this dismal season a little more exciting.

Yeah you did. Sorry to hear that bro. I'm sure it will get better. I think it's a pretty good idea, other than GLB already gives awards to players. We could definitely do the Pro Bowl idea though.

if we pick 4 players from each team then each person will end up picking like 128 people. but either way i still think this is a good idea.

I think that it would make more sense for each owner to nominate four or five players from their own team. Then all of the owners can vote - but you can't vote for your own players.

That way I don't have to examine 32 rosters and pick out 128 players.

Yeah, that's one hell of a list. Maybe we should break it down between owners or something if that's possible. I'm usually on here at work, and with playoffs coming up, it's tough to get a game plan together and go through stats and rosters of 32 teams, and narrow choices down to 4 people. Basically, what we could do, is assign positions to team owners to look through (like two positions/owner or something similar). Yeah, I know the math don't add up either for all of you smart asses out there. LOL

i think it would be easier just to do the MVP thing that got alittle bit off topic?

That's what I was talking about. I just saying to split up positions between owners so we didn't have to come up with a list of 128 people, LOL. Had I known what Bajek had intended, that never would've been suggested.

sorry guys for the confusion.so how do we exacute this plan?

I would say we wait for offseason. I think overall team results should have an impact on our decisions as well. Not only that, but it gives us something to do while we wait for season 3 to start!

and it will also give us more time to decide the best way to vote for it.

Well I think it should be done right when the season is over, since MVP type votes never count the playoffs.

what this game should be able to do is an all-star game for every leagues (i know lots of work but not impossible to do) the game could be played with the eastern vs western conference or zeta vs alpha so every team from the conference could pick the best stats players to represent the conference and to be sure that there are at lease 1 guy of every teams in the conference.
