I have a level 15 LOT. He already has one AE item with pass blocking. He rolled an item that is not in his tree but it is interesting to me. Generally there are enough SAs for the O line that I would prefer to have a pass blocking SA in my tree but I am curious if anybody has had any luck with SAs not found in the O line SA trees.

+1 Quick Cut SA

From here, I personally only recommend getting a quick cut AE if you get two of them.
