Alpha Game of the Week:
Victorious Secret @ Donetsk Hammers - The reason why this is game of the week is so I can rip on Miami for posting a prediction thread. But this will be a good game too. I shall enjoy watching the top ranked alpha teams beat each other to pulps.

Zeta Game of the Week:
Szolnok Soldiers @ Berlin Ball Busters - The ball busters are looking to prove that they are #2 in zeta... but honestly I wouldn't recommend trying to bust a marine's balls in the real world... unless you like lots and lots of pain.




Alpha Conference:
Miami Ravens vs Chernobyl Aftermath - This prediction aught to learn ya to try and post predictions! Seriously though, I think it's a coin flip... Chernobyl might be a bit of an upset, but it's two damn good teams playing and I have to go with Mother Russia. Also it's almost impossible to pick this game or the Secret vs Hammers game as game of the week.
Victorious Secret @ Donetsk Hammers - This is a battle of 2 really good defenses. Victorious Secret puts their #1 defense on the line here. (Note that the secret of their defense is to have the offense too distracted by their team icon to function... curls become streaks, runs become hand offs to the D-Line... chaos!)
Kaufbeuren Knights vs Ramstein Rampage - I sure am glad my team is spelled with two m's... alpha is pretty brutal this season.
Teutonic Knights vs MONTE-CARLO MOST WANTED - Monte-Carlo is in the front running for "worse starting schedule of the year" award. The TKnights have definitely caused some trouble for other teams.
Riga Raptors vs Texas City Storm - So Far Riga has done awesome vs any non Russian team... coincidence? I THINK NOT!
Moscow Iron Curtain @ Bisons Sentinals - Oh Mother Russia! Union of lands!
Chisinau Chargers @ Moscow Bulls - Once more victorious, the Red Army stands! (it's a song... look it up: Sabaton - Panzerkampf)
Athens Nighthawks vs NFL Fanatix - Athen's nightmare opening schedule is now over. Time to get a few wins under their belt.



Zeta Conference:
Rammstein Rampage @ Villa Rica Ballers - Am I the only person who first thought That Villa Rica's name was the Villa Rice Balls? Maybe I was just hungry at the time.
Warsaw Sabotage @ Bergen Storm - Warsaw is on the warpath. But will they be sabotaged? ................................... no
Szolnok Soldiers @ Berlin Ball Busters - Ok so I asked last time about Kaufbeuren... but now... Where the hell is Szolnok?
Bratislava Zabijaks @ Dnipropetrovsk Destroyers - The battle of the impossible to pronounce! Only one will remain... the other shall be called "that one team"
Mount Olympus Titans @ Ledeberg Zeppelins - [insert witty comment here]
MARYLAND SHOCKERS vs Austin City Limits - With most of their really hard games done for, it's time for the shockers to climb the ladder of zeta.
Norway Nightmare vs F.C. München - If F.C. München was 54 or 57 overall they would be a pretty scary team to play.
Winchester Bandits @ New York Nightmare - Winchester is another candidate for "worst opening schedule" but they have an easy win for the taking here.

yes, but still we have like 2 teams in zeta we gotta worry about, in alpha we'd have to spend a lot more time scouting etc

We didn't think we would but just because of levels, not because of talent. Nobody underestimates you, they just don't like you. You will most likely lose in the playoffs to somebody, cause that's how it works.

btw might not be posting predictions over the weekend... finals week is next week and monday is a killer day for me. (2 research papers and a hard as hell final on monday)

Stick with the comments, it's at least entertaining. I even refrained from posting my usual spreads because of your posts.

nah, you just need to get someone with better str and carrying to be returning kicks... those FF will kill you.

they accounted for 17 points alone, which would have made the difference 1 TD... add to that the moral loss of the first one (they scored TD than scored TD on the FF from kick off = painful for moral) and I think that's easily overcomeable
