When should you worry about stamina and how high should it be for G or T? Thanks

Outside blocker i think would be great for RG since most rushes go to the right and maybe even LG whos teams rush to the left often

Outside blocker doesn't work on regular rushes.

I just reset outside blocker on my RG... found it never worked, he never gets to the assignments anyway (he seems to find someone to block on the way outside) pitch weak strong I is where I wanted it to help us, it never did watch this play
http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=663456&pbp_id=1316850 Strong I pitch weak the RG should pull watch it happen again here http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=663456&pbp_id=1319346 I made the reset after I watched this game, the RG gets a player to block long before he gets to the outside assignment

Your G is only level 39. No way does he have the 68 agility and 60 speed necessary (preferably 68 speed) to be expected to pull across the line.

Octowned, I have an entire o-line and I want to buy custom eqt. I was wondering where should I put my points to. I was thinking 3 strength, 3 blocking. Also, which tree should I choose for my oline. I tried search but came up empty.

thanks

Yes, if you're building a player from scratch, this needs to be addressed at earlier levels. Suggestions from those with far more knowledge (on this subject) than I?

With the trees, it really matters what you want your individual linemen to do, what kind of teams they're on. A "standard" o-line would go Pass-Pass-Pass-Run-Run on trees from left to right. But a line who wants to focus on running the ball could get away with P-R-R-R-R. A pass heavy team could go all pass. The SA trees, in general, are fairly balanced for o-line. Ask yourself what is the purpose of each player, and that should answer your question on which tree to get.

Stamina...

level 1-30: who cares
level 30-50: stamina ~ your level, give or take of course based on build plan
level 50+: keep it capped, no need to go higher

Basically as your team becomes competitive around level 30, everybody should be training it to around 30. Keep training it as high as 38+ as you level as this is a silly thing to invest a lot of points in (or to train past 49, which is why despite having low value at 38 compared to 49, you don't really care), and as you reach level 50 you should consider capping it.

A key point about stamina is that it gets a lot of gains for OTs. Train it early, and let it ride up. Or if you are planning on training speed + stamina or something, get speed a few points HIGHER than stamina before moving over... ex start at 15 stamina 19 speed, train together, they'll reach 34 around the same time. It also means you can train it to high30s and leave it for an OT, because gains will take it up pretty well.

Slowbuilding ideas don't apply to stamina, IMO. Capping early to take advantage of gains is silly because above 50 doesn't have any REAL value. Your team should just add depth.

Custom equipment:

who cares about the +6, do it as if it were another normal piece of equip

for the tree, calculate the value of the piece on each tree. Only include SAs you think impact the player. Also, don't forget that going from 8 to 9 when you had a +4 AEQ isn't worth 5 SP. It is worth 3 SP, because all you need to do to go from 8 to 9 is add 3SP to go from 4 to 5 base.

whichever tree is worth more SP to your build, put it there.... or atleast, your FUTURE planned build.

Ex: C who cares about line general, get low, and pancake, and has a +line gen, +pancake AEQs and a team who will pay to level 40 EQ (+4 AEQ)

1-1-1-2-4 base line general, custom is only worth that last line general plus the pre-reqs (you only care about LG most likely)
1-1-2-3-5 to get the same effect of the custom costs 1+2+4 = 7 SP

or 3-6-1-2-4 base bottom tree, custom is worth what should be more obv...
4-7-2-3-5 to get +1 get low +1 pancake costs 2+4+1+2+4 = 13 SP

So pick the bottom tree... That is how I do it. I don't count that 1->2 in hands as being worth a SP because you really don't care about moving that SA up it probably isn't doing much etc. But if you like hands, count it.

Often what I notice is for o-line, the value is very slim. Notice both you spend 300 flex (3 boosts = 15 skill points) for less than 15 SP value. Ripoff IMO, unless you plan on boosting all 10 seasons and can afford the custom on top of that, you're better off BOOSTING for those points not using a custom equip....

Better second AE piece for a RT...

+3 Confidence
+1 Cut Block SA

or

+1 Blocking
+1 Run Blocking

I haven't heard much one way or another about Cut Block to know if it's worth using. Run Blocking is useful, but this useful I don't know. I'd prefer Get Low, but I've searched for too long and just want to choose one of these.
