Who do you guys like for the conferences? who do you think will win?

In the west conference - I would say it will be a sidhe vs xfactor final - dark horse(bull/cow) Vienna beef!

In the east - l5r vs scotmen - dark horses - affliction, hooligans, drunkards all have a shot at causing an upset.

Well the Sidhe sim went a bit more like I thought it would

I know that this is pretty much "the Island of Misfit Toys" of GLB leagues, but c'mon.

Does all talk of this season have to be civil? Can't we just say that we expect to lay the wood to you guys? i think that pretty much sums it up, but I feel like as dead as these forums are I need to say more, so I will...

There's nothing wrong with civility.

Despite the desires of a few to make it otherwise, this is just a distracting little game we play to have fun.

Since I like HAVING this game to play, I would rather encourage additional adult participation through civil encouragement and positive reinforcement.

I'm a little sorry that this doesn't work for you, but, honestly, if it was such a big deal, why wait until we've already played nine games to start anything?

How big of a ladder does it take to get you on your high horse?

Monkey, if your team hadn't already beaten us, I'd be willing to run some smack talk with you. However with that being the case, I just want you to know that the milk from your teat was delicious.

Monkey19 is unavailable for a few days so I thought I'd simply say "thanks", at least somebody got it.

Tell you what boys, Resistance is in the house. I have been bouncing around in these damn forums, see a lot of competitional spirit. I like it. I am a very civil person, but I also enjoy running my mouth, as long as its in a joking manner. I say that there are a lot of good teams in our league. And you can run you mouth all you want Dunkirk, but you know damn well that you would be lucky to make the playoffs in Alpha conference. Tell you what, no one saw the resistance making it this year, not even me. So I am gonna go ahead and issue you a "friendly" challenge. So man up and let's see what we got. I see that I am not the first team to offer out a challenge, so I hope you play ball like you run your mouth. Look forward to it. Deuces!
