why wicklow warriors went down 3 positions?

The way the formula kicked out the rankings.

I would assume it's because of the weak competition they've faced so far.

We've faced 2 equal opponents, and a CPU. The CPU drags down the coefficient.

the rankings look pretty good. i think a couple of teams are a little low.........like the Sharks. but when you have 9 undefeated teams somebody has to be 8th.
