To fellow BBB#8 owners:

After much internal debate, I have decided to reverse my earlier decision to bench all our Level 30+ players. The reason I am doing this is because it is not our responsibility to make things fair, but GLB's, and I have been completely unable to get a response from GLB staff on this matter. I did not want to do this, but without GLB involvement, benching all our Level 30+ players would have resulted in going 0-16 again and into bankruptcy. So either we play our top players and get the team's finances back into shape, or GLB responds and we work out a compromise. Hopefully those outraged by our team will have more luck in getting GLB's ear than we have.

Apologies to those inconvenienced. Hopefully we can work something out with GLB and move on from this.

I dont understand how you cant get any to answer you when they have answered me and support stated that they HAD talked to you. Ill post the email if you wish. And Why are you spliting hairs calling them 30+ players when they are 35+ players?

Call me what the hell you want, your players can scare other owners into silence not me. If you really wanted out of this league you could have pressed it. It took me 2 emails to get a response from support. If you want to dominate a lvl 24 league then just say so, but dont pee in our face and tell us its raining.

Then I'd appreciate your help. They are apparently too busy to respond to my requests.

And just to clarify some points. The players that are 35+ are already boosted. They were 32-34 when they entered the league.

Second, I do not _want_ to play Level 30+ (or 35+) players in a Level 24 capped league. But I've got six or seven agents on my team understandably upset with the prospect of going 0-16 for two years in a row, which would also leave the team bankrupt. This is really something that GLB has to solve, and I have several ideas I'd like to work on with them, but I need them to respond to my PMs.

The issue pretty much died, and now you have started two threads keeping the fire lit.

Unfortunately, I have no other way of getting the GLB staff attention. Hopefully enough owners complain to them that they start paying attention. Sorry if my methods don't make sense; I'd rather not be in this position. :/ Ultimately, I'd prefer to play the Level 18 players, but I need GLB staff to help me make some changes that are fair to the team and other agents.

I had 4 agents on my team that had 6 of there 30+ palyers with contract offers sent to them ready to join my team.When i asked to be put in a higher league i was told they would not move any teams after the re-shuffle,blame this on bort not anyone else.And i say sec speed bring it.

Bring what??? A guaranteed loss of the championship to a team that shouldnt be here???? Crux has been cool about the whole thing i will say, but anyone who says those of us who raised the objection are bitching either have something to gain or dont care about winning or at least fairly competing. I dont understand how so many people were unaware of the league shift? you had lvl 30 players coming to your team before the shift?

How about we all take a step back and realize this is just a game, and figure out how to make it fun.

Let's try and find solutions that work for everyone. Obviously it's no fun if a team of Level 35+ people just run through the league with no chance of losing. However, as my team members have reminded me, it's also no fun to go 0-16 two years in a row as a result of two bad promotions/shifts. Let's keep reaching out to staff with constructive ways of resolving this problem.

For example, there are circumstances where I'd be willing to eliminate most of our higher level players, but I would need Chemistry and Fan Support resets by staff. WIthout GLB's help though, most of the ideas I can come up with aren't feasible.

Yes i had level 30+ players coming,the problem is we where told to leave our teams on auto for the shift.I was in a much higher league last season and just took over a gutted team,during the season i had recruited guys to come play,mostly agents on my own team bringing their other players.If you remember we only had 1 nite of recruiting then the shift,this screwed half my agents because they already had been released from thier other teams.I had 6 players in limbo that i couldnt sign because they where above level 24.I tied to get customer support to put me back in a higher league,knowing i wouldnt win many games cause its only the second year of rebuilding,but they told me they would not and that the reason i was put here is the median of my team was level 24.If this is who we have to play then yes i say bring it,im here for the long haul not just a quick win,if a video game makes you this upset dont step out into reality.

Here want to see a real team giving up about 7-10 levels per player,check out their last game,and watch them all year,this might be the best built team in all of GLB.

I understand what you guys are going through. It seems they took players/teams and moved them around without actually "looking" at what level players were actually on the team. It's ridiculous and frustrates the people that just want a fair league. I doubt you will get a positive response but read the resonses that I received from admin. Start at the bottom and work your way up:

You can still run your team better than other owners and make a run at a championship, trust me. As for the other teams if they have been in the league longer they may have some higher level players, that is just what happens. You started at level 13, next season majority of your team will be above the cap.

Again, thanks for your response. But, please read what I'm trying to get across to you. This league is LEVEL 13 CAPPED and there are currently teams with level 18s and some even higher. How is a new owner that can only sign level 13s and below supposed to compete? All I'm asking for is a fair shake at the championship. Do you know what I'm saying?

If they were demoted they would keep their players, and if they have been in the same league for multiple seasons their players may have leveled up.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The purpose of a level cap is so that teams do not sign free agents who are above the cap. If they have players on their roster that are signed under the cap they are allowed to boost up to three times during the regular season, some are even signed on for multiple seasons. It is when you have players that are in their high 20's to level 30's that you start to suspect some possibilities of rule breaking.

My team (Toronto Storm) was recently moved to a lower league (Level 13 Capped), but currently there are other teams in the league with level 16 players and some that go as high as level 18. I thought the purpose of a level 13 capped league was to have players level 13 or below. Now I understand that it's possible that they could have signed then boosted to 16, but what about the level 18's? Also, how do we know that the current level 16's still do not have boosts remaining for this season? I appreciate that my team was demoted so that we may compete, but it looks alittle lopsided at the moment. All I ask for is a fair league that I can compete in. Thanks and look forward to your response.

Ignite, the 13 cap means you can have lvl 19's depending on if they boost. Our issue is in a 24 capped league we have to play with a team whose starting lineup has lvl 37-40 players. the response i find interesting is:

It is when you have players that are in their high 20's to level 30's that you start to suspect some possibilities of rule breaking.
