Looks more to me like that CB is just incredibly slow for his level. The other two CB's seem to basically match your WR's speed. I would guess that your WR's at 95 speed 65 agility which is great for a level 44, but not a Hulk Blazing. Definately a good build though.

Same WR burned my #1 CB in the previous scrimmage game for 300+ yards and 3 TDs. What pisses me off is that the CB (my own player) has a GREAT build, but there's some kind of an issue/bug with CB coverage. He didn't react well until the WR was already past him.
I'm sure jsully's WR's build is solid though. He's fast as hell.

I agree with the punkaweedus , this CB who covered jsully75's WR has a great build, and is second fastest CB in the team, but the new custom D play creator has some problems to be solved. If you look those two plays one more time carefully, you'll see that he stayed close for some time, but than he just stops- this hasdefinitely something with the sim, not his build, which is ok.

Okay guys. Here is the secret. As an experiment I gave him 15 in big heart. Team got down by 14. So in both those games he had like 130 speed and 85 agility. 
Good to know it works. Prob reset it since it doesn't come up that often, just got lucky.

It also looked like the CB was drunk and stumbled around the first down marker. Watch the replay, he stays in one spot for a several ticks.
