I assigned a value of 1-5 to five categories.

a - Team Rating
57 = 5
54 = 4
51 = 3
48 = 2
45 and below = 1

b - Average Offensive Starter Level
35+ = 5
32-35 = 4
29-32 = 3
26-29 = 2
below 26 = 1

c - Average Defensive Starter Level
35+ = 5
32-35 = 4
29-32 = 3
26-29 = 2
below 26 = 1

d - Owner/GMs
Long time Professional GM/ownership with trophies = 5 (no one has this)
Long time high level GM/ownership with obvious winning experience = 4
Some evidence of winning experience on several GMs = 3
Little evidence of winning experience or several GMs with none = 2
One or two GMs (including owner) with no evidence of winning experience = 1

e - Depth
45+ players = 5
40+ players = 4
36 + players = 3
32 + players = 2
less than 32 players = 1

I copied the system from my old league forum...just changed the levels around.

I guess that means the Geats are the to be taken down

Well, I hope we all gun for each other...it makes it worth logging in every day when you don't have a bunch of CPUs or gutted teams on the schedule.

I see we are palying afew of the same teams in preseason.

Yeah, I'm pissed about getting AC Milan in our first game though...it seems like every year I've gotten the top 1 or 2 team from the other conference regardless of my team's record!

Play the best first then who ever you get after that should be easy.
We have quite a nice little run of games so I think my team could get off to a good start but they will be tough games.

Yeah, but that one game can make a difference in the seeding...especially as tight as our conference is this season!

But look at it this way its best to play them early than play them near then end in case you have to win it.
But i'm sure you guys are gonna beat them any way as ALPHA is the league to be in

Just curious as to how many points were accounted for us using this:

d - Owner/GMs

If I remember correctly, I think most teams had a 3...some a 4 and some a 2 or 1. I couldn't tell you exactly who had what unless I went back and looked at every owner and GM in the conference and I'm not feeling ambitious enough to do that twice.
