Just my opinion but you need to start 3/1 and 4/1 softcapping abilities, and stop spreading your kill points around so much. Also put all of your equipment into the one ability that you want to be best at and stop putting points in SA's until at least lvl 24 probably lvl 30 or more with your guys.
