My SS has build up an 18% chance of tackle in his AE bonus tokens upgrade.
I only have the "feet" open for equipment, which I'm gonna buy the "Closing Speed" with soon.

How much is too much, for "Make Tackle Chances"?

1% IMO. there are much better options. and closing speed isn't all that.

I really like the % chance guys.

It works like this....base tackle roll * % chance = real roll.

So, if you roll a 50 to make tackle, that becomes 50 * 1.19 = 59.5. The better you are at tackling, the better this piece of AEQ becomes. Some folks disagree with me....but most of my guys have % pieces.

I'd rather have the % make tackle than closing speed. Every single time you generate a make tackle roll, you get that 18% bonus. Closing speed otoh will activate maybe 4 or 5 times a game? Not worth it.

Along with Packman97, I really like the tackling % change because last season he had 105 tackles and only missed 10. and the previous year he had 118 tackles and 13 missed tackles. His tackle:miss tackle ratio is amazing.

BTW, one of my equipment of "More tackle chances" is at 11% and it takes 50K and 8 tokens to upgrade. YIKES!!!

I don't know what that has to do with anything. My Strong safety had 109 tackles last season and only missed 11, which is about 9 or 10 %. I don't think that's good at all. But he plays on power tackling every single game.

He doesn't have %chance to tackle A.E.

Interesting thing....I've been using the % chance tackling for awhile now. Thought that was why he was a good tackler.
