Im more appalled at the spelling and grammar. This is why our athletes need to be forced into actually learning in college. What is this guy going to do after football?
Actually man, your passing success or failure is really dependent on 3 things - and pretty equally. First is of course you, if your point allocation is nuts, you wont complete a pass. The second is your WR's. If they cant catch or get open, you will obviously suffer in the statline. The third is the gameplan. Ive seen lots of managers (not speaking of your team because I have no idea about them) who have this fantasy of these long bombs - "going over the top" - with relatively low level QB's. Lots of int's and incompletes. Ususally on teams like that they start screaming for the QB's head on a pike pretty quickly. Sorry that youre having a hard season. It sounds like you might do better looking for a new home.

He owns the team, and has loads of points stacked up in SAs, while basic skills suffer (except stamina, so he can get all the snaps himself).
I know cause I used to be the WR coach there...

I think you better stick to A leagues with your QB. He clearly can't cut it in AA, and to think he can make it in the pro league is kinda funny.
