Link

Today, we interview Sam Wylde who has had a dissapointing season at the QB position.

Q: Sam how do you think you have performed this season?
A: Poorly

Q:Are there any regrets from last season?
A: Yes, not asking to be traded

Q: What do you think of your WR's this season and their production?
A: I have not been good but they have not helped. They have performed poorly like me and that has cost us the playoffs.

Q: How do you think the Defense has performed this year?
A: They have done well but they have let us down when the offense do score a good amount of points but they let in too many.

Q: Your QB rating has been poor the last 2 seasons but are you considering a move into a higher league?
A: Yes into a Pro League but first i want to win a championship with the Wolves.

Q: Are you unhappy with the criticsm other teammates have gave you?
A: Yes i am. As a Franchise QB i am appoled at the behaviour of my fellow teammates, asking be to be benched for a lv6 backup that has never played a game before.

Sam thank you for your time.
Thanks for having me.

Why not interview a successful QB like JJ Flicker or Lex Arthur???

I other news, the Wolves have pulled the plug on their unsuccessful season...unloading star HB and FS. More moves sure to follow:

The question is at this point... can the head coach and GM save their jobs? Or is one of them going to put the blame on the other in an attempt to save his own job.

We'll have to wait and see.....

The wait is over, sources inside the Wolverhampton Wolves organization have confirmed that embattled starting quarterback Sam Wylde, has requested a trade. This comes as no surprise to team-mates or league officials. For weeks the Wolves have been bickering amongst themselves concerning roster spots, play-calling, strategy and ownership commitment. After GM Wavy 77 was reportedly denied due compensation arising from roster management issues, he abruptly resigned his post and attemtped to defect with like-minded players. Back-up running back Schlong Connery, also disheartened by the lack of production and playing time, was traded as was star running back Roscoe Blades at his own request. When asked about the turmoil in the Wolves organization, Blades would only say "the guys were gettin' tired of losin' and I couldn't even run behind that line. It's pretty hard to gain yards when somebody's tackling you in the backfield".

Sources have not confirmed any trade offers but there are whispers of a possible QB move to the Shelbyville Neutrons who at the moment are in need of a Rex Grossman-like quarterback to create competion and improvement at that position. Further inquiry into the team's situation has revealed that some in the organization believe that Wylde's agent and Wolverhampton team owner Brady2Moss2Endzone may also be the GM of another team in the USA AAA #1 League. This disturbed many of the Wolves as they didn't feel that he concentrated on the team enough already. They say he does not need the distraction of a second team.

AP reports have stated that 77 has rejoined the team in a GM capacity but that his suggestions are going unheeded in other areas of the front office. Blades also stated that there were offers from assistants to actually coach the team and inquiries from players as to why strategy had taken a backseat to development. Many outside of the team see it as only "a farm team" and "a piggybank for the owner". GLB officials feel that the team simply needs time to "gel" and that next season should be the beggining of a productive rebuilding process.

Asked about a possible retun to Wolverhampton after his contract with the 11-0 Barbarian Horde expires Blades would only say "No hard feelings toward the team but I just had to get somewhere I could run. I mean you see what they pay me, I can't just take their money and sit on my butt, I wanna win a championship". Of his concern for his half brother, the hard hitting Strong Saftey Otis Modown, he could only say "I feel bad that I left him there alone, but no one wanted to spend that kind of money. Blades said that Modown will play as hard as possible and see where that gets him. "I don't think he'll want a trade cause he gets good reps and stats, but if an offer comes his way I'm sure he'll look into it".

Seeking further comment, the GLB Gazzette contacted Blades' and Modown's agent Nolongeranato. "I feel bad that that team has ended up the way it has. It was alot of fun when I first got those guys their spots but somebody up top wasn't doing their job while the players were killing themselves just trying to win a game". He went on to add that he is not confident that the team will remain in the owner's hands for long, "Well I've heard rumors of GLB officials looking into inactive and obstinate managment and there's been a couple of team owners stripped of their teams. It's not my place to worry about that I just care about keeping my guys happy"

appoled is spelled appalled. Sorry to be nitpicky there, but appoled is just an ugly looking word.
