I was on a terrible pee-wee team with no good ownership last season, with no real gameplan any week. I'm mainly looking to be a team with good, dedicated ownership/GM's that can create a good gameplan week-in and week out. Being able to start a plus, but willing to be a co-starter. Money is not a major issue, will boost during season.
