We're not in one of the leagues getting to shuffle I believe.
I've also seen some confusion as to which leagues are being shuffled horizontally with each other. They are:
USA BBB
Africa A
Canada BBB
Western Europe BBB
Oceania A
South America A
Southeast Asia A
All Casual Leagues

wow... i guess my plea to be demoted went on deaf ears..... seriously, 2 seasons of getting my ass kicked by VA's is enough. I am just good enough to not get demoted.... wow thats nice

I bet with all the cpu teams the numbers just didnt work out.
