he was created 3 games into the season (so only played 13 games plus playoffs) racked up 5000 yards and almost 70 TDs and was never boosted. I am retiring him to start over on a Pee Wee team.

i am experienced agent/Owner/GM and i know how to build championship teams.

Yes, but if you HAVE a rushing QB, your opponent has to plan for it. If you don't have a rushing QB, that is one more weapon that you don't need to gameplan.

exactly... but they work if you build them right and have a good AI for them, which i do

I'd be willing to bring you in as an OC for my squad but as far as bringing your QB in, I already have one.
