I have an unboosted level 12 wr, who will hit 13 in a couple days. I Will boost after finding a level 13 capped team. Here is a link to his build:

I am hoping to find one team for both of these guys. Both players have been slow built, the WR has been a three season project where i saved up a bunch of money and went inacative so for a whole season I only trained every day, by not gaining game experience points he was able to spend and extra season training every day with out going over the level 13 cap. My WR needs to be a starter, and needs a decent salary because his funds are running very low and will need to buy and upgrade all equipment aside from the custom item he has. I am an active agent who would be willing to help with scouting, game plans, or anything else that could help the team.
