Looking for a new team for season 9

I do boost every season and have custom eq.
Some things that I like to look for on the team.
Starting position but that is not a must as long as playing time is equaled out for the de position playing time.
1 season contract
Teams in the league are on average the same level.
Team willing and able to help with equipment upgrades.
Forum access if requested. (Do not grant access unless I do request it)
Again These are things that I like to see but not etched in stone.
