Obviously Toronto/Lake Erie. With one CPU team in A4 right now, Cleveland Brown Dogs of A7 are pretty much guaranteed a promotion. I know there's some CPUs and folding teams in AAA/CPL too, so figure one, maybe two more teams will get promoted. I think Oklahoma has a chance, but I don't see Homepayne moving up. A lot depends on what happens in the A7 conference finals tonight.

Is Bort going ahead with a World League this offseason? That would add a couple more vacancies.
