For the 3rd year in a row here is the ballot for the Africa Pro All Conference Team. If you're new to Africa basically what I do is nominate 4-8 players per position and then send out a ballot to each Owner and 1 GM from their team and ONE of them has to send back a ballot. If the owner or gm is too busy he can pass the ballot off to another gm or trusted agent for the team. Ballots will go out when I'm 100% finished. DO NOT VOTE YET - YOU'LL GET THE BALLOT IN A PM

The rules that are always the same....

Player nominations are heavily weighted towards playoff teams. Certain positions (WR, TE, D-Line, LB, S, etc) can have skewed stats based on the quality of your team. I try to get rid of that any way I can. You have to be a starter. Exceptions can on occassion be made for slot WR's or nickel corners but thats about it. No write ins. Players who made the all conference team last year are automatically nominated for a spot this year as long as they stayed on their team. (Exception - DD's QBBC - they got switched and Max Doogin's position switch). Only players who have played a full season in APL can be nominated. Outside stats can't count towards your nomination. Last years all conference team members are marked with an "***" and in italics.

Season 8 Ballot Changelog

I've cut back on nominations to 4 for pick one and 8 for pick two. Added at least 1 (usually 2) new statistical categories for each position. Positions have been made more specific (RG/LG, RT/LT, NT/DT, RDE/LDE, ROLB/LOLB, etc)

Heck you cant even hold my DE's jock much less Snurg's....

My DE Malcolm who is lower level and has played in the exact same # of games has more tackles, sacks, TFL's, PD's, INT's, and Safeties in their career.

My guy was even backup LDE the last two seasons due to Snurg being the machine he is and my guy still has you beat.

Who really cares about whose individual stats are better???? What about these...............

Snurg: 18-3 in the playoffs, 3 league championships, 4 conference championships
Malcolm: 0-2 playoffs, 0 league championships, and 0 conference championships

Vegas if you really want it I will give you all my individual titles to help make LaRock feel better as he is sitting home again during the playoffs, or I am sure Hokie would give him some tickets to watch our playoff games in a luxury box.
