Good season to our foes in Garuda and to the Naga conference. It has been an up and down season, but now the real match-ups happen, it is play-off time!

Surprises week 16:

Bein Hoa taking down Black Knights, especially when the Black Knights could have assured themselves a play-off spot if they had won! Instead they lose and get help from the Patriots to get in to the big dance!

Davao losing to Shanghai? Did Davao tank this game for a more beneficial match-up in the play-offs? Why didn't they want to play the Hellfighters?

Bangalore spanking Hanoi in a play-off play-in.

Play-off predictions:
Gratz to all the play-off teams on a great journey! Honorable mention goes out to Hanoi and Shaolin, two first year AA teams who were an end of season victory away from making the play-offs.

Kamikaze over Black Knights- should be a fairly straightforward ass whooping by the Kamikaze who won 41-3 in a prior match.

Headhunters over the Patriots

Karawang over Vietnam

Phooeys over the Davao Cities (can't call them Pirates since Shanghai beat them in the Pirate Bowl)

Padang over Bangalore

50/50
Sapporo over Hokies- Hokies beat Sapporo in week 16, but these teams are fairly even. I'm sticking with Sapporo again.

Kathmandu over PP Kung Fu Pandas- Kathmandu lost 19-30 in their first match-up. Hopefully they fixed the problem and things have turned around, if not look for the Kung Fu Panda's to beat the Mountaineers.

Hellfighters over Bucks- I'm quite confident the Hellfighters have the Bucks number this game, but the Bucks previous win gives them the benefit of the doubt.

Yeah we really wanted to finish on a good note and hopefully be back in the playoffs for Season 9. Hopefully you guys will be in AAA

Way to close out your season with a win over a playoff team Bein Hoa. Last season was rough for the SEA 7 Naga teams as well, Viscount's Manila Thrillas, Kathmandu and Nagasaki all missed the play-offs. There will be team promotions, teams folding, going slow build, etc. You should have a great shot at the play-offs next season.

If Tokyo win against the Bucks, they will be favourites in our game after crushing us in the reg season. Let's see how it goes ...

I love how our closest game of the season a 3 point loss in overtime to the team we play in the first round and we get 0% in both of the forum posts. I am sure Padang will Ape slap us but maybe just maybe we can make a game of it. Honestly just glad we made the playoffs our first year up here. Some really good teams i will be not be sad to see get promoted. Good luck to all in the playoffs. May the luck of Bort not screw you.

Padang should be 15-1, how they lost to Hanoi and especially Aggieland I'll never know, but I suspect it was due to lack of game planning due to busy schedules. If you can upset Padang I would be very impressed, nothing against you, but their D and game planning is phenomenal.

How do you know they didn't let you win so they wouldn't give away their game plan and could find out what you would do against them?

I definitely don't think it's 100%. You guys played us tight in the regular season and we've been pretty fond of first round exits the past two seasons. Hopefully it'll be another OT game, just to keep it exciting.
