At the end of the season, since you've played everyone in conference, is SOS simply based on your 1 out of conference game? Or is there a home/road aspect to it?

I rolled my eyes when I saw that you were our rnd 1 opponent. I said but of course it is the Lions. Were like a bad case of VD for each other.

It's a rolling accumulation of the average for each of your opponent's winning percentage at the point in time that you faced them, as well as a divisible factor of their previous week's ranking in the Power Rankings... and those two numbers are weighted 60% to the winning percentage, and 40% to the Power Ranking.

Since this isn't the NFL, and we all end up playing each of the same-conference teams, there's really no true "strength of schedule", other than the one cross-conference game. I concocted up this formula to basically lend creedence to the high-stat teams at the beginning of the season. As the schedules become more and more similar, it plays less and less into a team's overall ranking (as with the Bucks and the way we had the "weakest" SoS, yet landed 4th in the Power Rankings).

Good thing we caught alot of teams on their off days or at the right time in the season. We may have had a much poorer record if we didn't have the 29th SOS.
