Zeta Conference

Offensive MVPs

Justin Martin - QB KGB All-Stars 2,720.5 yards, 24 TD, 9 INT - This guy deserves the award more than any other player in this conference because without him I think you could argue his club wouldn't be challenging for a playoff spot.

Eye Catchdaball - WR USA Vacationers 98 catches, 1368 yards, 16 TD - He has been making DBs look ridiculous all-season and could probably sit the rest of the year and still lead the conference in receiving yards. You can call this a homer pick, but his stats justify his selection.

Scoo Boo - HB USA Vacationers 1293 yards, 14 TD - Another homer pick, but given the workload he has carried you can't really justify not putting him here. As you can see I'm going light on write-ups for guys who are on my own team just to keep out biases.

Smooth Lloyd - HB Hellsinki Hell Raisers 1098 yards, 12 TD - Great season for a guy who plays most games with teams stacking the box to stop the run. Like Martin above, he is a big reason why his team is contending for a playoff spot this season.

Billy Hayes - WR KGB All-Stars 80 catches, 850 yards, 9 TDs - A solid WR for his team. Only 4th in receiving yards, but 2nd in touchdowns and also deserves this selection because he is one of the only WRs to be one of the top guys in yardage and touchdowns, but not also have a high amount of drops. Plus he does a nice job of being a return man for his team so his consistency warrants this selection. Also, for the love of God please set your profile to non-public.

Defensive MVPs

Bigtyme Biggsby - DT USA Vacationers 30 tackles, 6 sacks, 12 hurries, 3 FF, 1 INT - This guy has been in your backfield all-season long. His motivation seems to be his chicken wing bonus that is earned for every TFL he makes.

FirstName LastName - LB Berlin Hounds From Hell 63 tackles, 5 FF - The defensive leader from one of the stingiest defenses in the conference. Only three foes have been able to score over 20 points.

Damien Rice - DT Scotch Cocks 47 tackles, 1 sack, 20 hurries, 4 FF - Another guy spending a lot of time in the backfield of teams he has faced. The only thing keeping him from winning the defensive MVP trophy for the season is turning some of those hurries into sacks.

Bronco Love-Machine - LB Vaadwaur Phoenix 80 tackles, 2 FF, 1 INT - The leader of another stingy defense that outside of the 29 points scored by the Thunderbirds, have kept teams in check all season even in their defeats.

Iso Ouma - LB Chattanooga Lookouts 78 tackles, 1 sack, 3 FF - A good player on a not-so-good team. He has a high number of tackles partly because his defense has a hard time getting teams off of the field, but he is also making a lot of plays. Good players on bad teams need love too.

Note: These are just my opinions. If you don't agree with it, please make your own list. No one wins anything and there is no prize, so don't get your feelings hurt.

Thanks for the love for Bronco. Hopefully we can keep the scoring down against the vacationers tomorrow. I see they have had some ball control problems recently, not that it has helpped any opposing team, I hope I can grab a takeaway. Either way I'm sure my defense will get more than enough PT against USA and hopefully we will rack up the TKLS.

Definately didnt expect any love for the Phoenix but I have to agree. He definately has racked up quite a few tackles in close games.
