I made a difficult decision league. I'm going to start a slow build following this season. I apologize to the league but I can't do right by the players without "starting over." We'll be back...It just might take a couple of seasons.

I thought you were slow building...... Just kidding......sorry to hear that, you got a pretty solid team.

I had to do the same thing with my team. Now, I'm probably going to...HOLY SHIT gocincinnati! Is that a new avatar???!!!! Oh yeah, I know it sucks to make that decision. I will say it's VERY tough to recruit slow building in a high leveled league. Selling and re-purchasing might be a better option. After three seasons of slow building I'm selling and just GMing. Either way, good luck, you've always made this league fun.

I've actually had a lot of fortune in the recruiting regard. I just went to the top teams I have players on and asked about interest. Right now I have 13 spots left to fill out of 41 that I thought I needed and I haven't committed any players yet.

sad to see you choose this path, I think you could win the league next season with your talent and coaching...

Absolutely with a little bit of aggressive recruitment and some promotions, your team is right there for the top playoff spots.

Thanks guys but two years straight of seventh place. We rebuild but still show nothing for it. I can't pay for equipment to help the players improve. It's just not how I want to run things. I can always play catch-up or try and rebuild with a corps of some of the best agents from the different playoff teams I have players on. The new Belgrade will be even more powerful. We'll have the money to give to players, we'll have tons of great minds that are coordinators on numerous other playoff teams, and I'll feel better that I can provide the players with what they need. Plus, quite honestly, our team has the most inactive forum of any team I'm on. This should all be resolved now.
