A Sumatra win and Hell Valley win leads to: Sumatra clinches first, Surabaya clinches second. 3rd and 4th seed comes down to the Hell Valley/Tibet game in week 16.

A Sumatra win and Phnom Penh win leads to: Hell Valley clinches 4th seed. A win by Sumatra in week 16 sets up Sumatra > Surabaya > Phnom Penh. A win by Phnom Penh in week 16 sets up a situation dependent on Surabaya's week 16 game.
