Considering we now have our own sub-forum, I thought it would be a good idea to move our discussion thread into here ...

I agree Nans - I am as surprised as you are. They took the Minotaurs ALL the way and I thought they would come back even stronger

The Tigers had suffered the schedule disadvantage this season. Some teams has to face the Minotaurs and the Bombers back-to-back (it's just like one-two-punch). And some teams has to face the Fighting Danes and the Philharmonic back-to-back (the Fighting Danes are our best block-leader). The Tigers had to handle both tough series, and they had to fight alone.
There were three teams benefited from the schedule: the Gloutons, the Black Knights and the Philharmonic. The Sentinals had been the team of misfortune this season. After going through the tougest schedule in the conference, they've fallen down hard and were close to breakup. They had been the better team than us at the beginning of this season. If our schedule was as tough as they were, we'd gave up this season early and focused on player development as we'd planed before this season. The schedule had changed our whole plan.
The Tigers are still the top-four in my power ranking. We are the second group beside the Dream Bolts, the Black Knights and the Gloutons.

Both Alpha Conference AND Zeta Conference need THEIR power-rankings for sure.
It will be very interesting at the last week of this season.

yep the schedule had been a rough factor for tigers (as for us)
I agree with with the tigers still beeing in the top4 .But i disagree with the second group i guess your humility is stopping you but for me philarmonic deserve to be in that top 4 (oh wait it s a top 5 now)

Hi there, I'm one of the GMs from the philharmonic.
Agree with the big 5. The top 4 teams (standing-wise) in alpha conference have to fight really hard to avoid the 4th seed - a tough first round playoff match against the tigers.
and, shake hands with Indy_Clark, I'm a colts fan as well. I notice the all-colts roster in your team
My WR is named as David Harrison, with the intention of mimicking Marvin Harrison. The statistic indicates they are not even close though

Hey ppjoey - congratulations on your superb run so far! Love the fact that you are supporting the Colts too :-) there are quite a few of us around. Hope we can go for another Superbowl this forthcoming season!
I have indeed tried to put together a Colt's style team with an offense that is dominating. Not quite working out this way though - until now, our D has been outshining the O (kinda like a year ago when the Colts D really came to the forth during the playoffs!!).
Not sure of either Harrison coming close to the real thing just yet - yet

Well, thanks. I'm in charge of player development and financial planning in our team, not as big as the role of our almighty Theodor.
And yes, you're right, what a year that was. I miss the AFL final Colts-Pats game SOOOOOO much, especially with the fact that I live in Boston right now
I hope the GLB crew won't introduce the personal foul to the game simulator any time soon, or my David Harrison might have a big-time trouble

colts fans. you will have to beat dallas in the superbowl
that wont be easy. gooooooo cowboys.
On topic. this game vs the danes is a pivotal game for us today (im with london Ms) so i have my pop corn ready. if we win we get sole first place in the division. massive. just massive. if not we still get to go to play offs more than likely.
ps guys. if u want your players to be like the real marvin harrison dont you need some kind of special patch to allow you to purchase firearms with flex points?
ok sorry bad joke. i am just messing. good luck all.

Both teams are deff going to the PO. This is just a battle for better seeding. Whats equally interesting is the following game where both teams also face fierce competition.

Regarding the PO's, the Minotaurs are looking at it in the same way Heartattack.
It's funny how the schedule has worked out - with you guys playing the Chi-Town Bombers and us facing the Philharmonics - there could be some significant changes to the top of the table over the next few days
