We beat the Hares, the Hares beat the Red Bulls, and the Red Bulls will have beaten us. Unless the tiebreak has changed then the team that has scored the most points over the course of the season goes. The Hares have scored 300 more than the Red Bulls and 538 more than Salerno (ouch). In spite of the fact I face Worms in the final game, I can't make up that many points. Both Madrids will lose their last games.
