It is what it is. Recruit well, keep them together, replace guys who do leave with quality higher level guys who upgrade the position in need, and you win. But, the reality is, you still have to gameplan, regardless of how good you are.

I agree with Fulchalin especially the fact that you are able to bring such high leveled talent into an A league.Most players dont even think of joining an A team at those levels. On paper that team looks like an AAA/Pro team and would def compete well there im sure.. We were not in OA3 last season but i know alot of the good teams had left there so I can see how they easily ran the table.
Even here in AA they have a team much higher than most. It's def not "always" about the levels cause i agree u have to gameplan,scout,recruit well to have a great team but when there are so many more levels higher it can be pretty tough to overcome at times for alot of teams. So many teams going CPU or just folding halfway through the season starts to suck as well because u dont get to play as many tough games each season.
Florida obviously has tons of talent on that team and will be a tough game for anyone the rest of the way as they have been all season.
We all have to recruit good players each season to compete.There are alot of talented teams in this league that have recruited well AND kept a good core of their players from years past. Eventually we will all be in a league where the talent is the same across the board and each week is a tough game. I'm sure no matter what there will always be some teams going CPU or giving up quicker but hopefully its not as bad going forward as i'd rather have the better competition each week.
That's when we will see which teams thrive still and which ones dont. Its gonna be tough for anyone and we def make sure we do the best we can to compete hard each week no matter who we play.

Appreciate the comments, its a great group of guys to play with and fun being with guys from Season 1 Oceania A. Looking forward to getting to know you in AAA (if we both get promoted), and better yet... looking forward to our scrimmage on Thursday, should be a good game.

You just have to be nice to my team Ryan. LOL My Gosh, we are doing well over in Alpha #1 but even with the high levels and solid teams there, you guys are about 3 steps ahead of me. We definately need to talk about this whole recruiting thing. I thought I was well connected..but Geesh..LOL

yup, which is why I joined the team. I was a GM with the original Perth Pirates and went head to head with Orlando and Samoa for many seasons, makes it more fun to play with familiar faces
