I think we have all seen Bort try to correct problems in the past by introducing new gimmicks as distractions such as stadium graphics and endorsements (which so far are complete bullshit). I have players on another team that won AA Asia last year, got promoted to AAA Asia and are near the bottom of the division. To compete they would need to replace the entire roster with players 5 levels higher than they have. It is near impossible to find that many high level players and recruit them. It is much easier for teams to gut completely!

It can be done guys, but you need a plan. We got the Ajax Odyssey to Canada Pro in successive seasons from the A leagues. Sydney has only stayed in a league, this one, for more than one season. Have a plan and stick to it! There are a couple of teams ready to compete in AAA right now.

I agree with you guys about not starting over with players. We kept the majority of our team together but did address a few key positions that we needed to fit our plan.
