I am renegotiating any one on my team contract that are continueing their career's. I am giving 2000 a day and 30000 bonus to help them after they move on.

I've already sent out new contracts to everyone on my team. I plan on sending new contracts again on between day 30 and day 35. I am also fully covering the EQ upgrades with the EQ Fund.

Minus the one guy who said he didn't want the new contract due to retiring after the season.

Only 2 players haven't accepted the contracts.

BTW good luck today

I understand the whole rewarding, but LVL 8 EQ only costs a total of 10K and that's the only EQ Pee Wee leagues would have to cover. So IMO, it was a waste of time putting 30 K in the EQ fund, but hey that's me. You're team, your choice. If it works, that's all that matters in the end.

if you keep your guys around for next season then it will help the teams they are going to sing with since they will already have money for equipment for the next 2 time almost.

There are multiple reasons to pump extra cash into the EQ Fund.

I renegotiated contracts two weeks ago giving everybody 60k/40k across the board. It's looking like I'll still have a $1M left, so I might do one more round of renegotiations around day 30 for the really active players to reward their contributions and activity.

Buy a bunch of crap EQ, sell it, and pocket the cash. That's what I'd do with extra EQ fund cash.

It works on a few levels and for various reasons but here are the main ones.

1) If you have a casual team or own a team in general or are directing the Pee Wee's to a friends team , they now do not need to drain that team for EQ $ and the owner can build.

2) It's Pee Wee money and gets re-set at seasons end anyway so any player you send out cash to will remember that later down the line and may sign with your team in the future as well as the money in the bank being meaningless for the Pee Wee team after the current season.

3) As for the large amount , all the agent has to do is buy and sell and collect half the cash back , again the money is meaningless for the PW team.
