Thoughts: The Alpha seeding race continues to be a treat to watch. On any given day, either of the top seven teams could be considered the best in the conference and shows it from time to time. This week it was Stockholm Dynamites continuing their stellar run through Alpha, with the hard part of their schedule over. They can now sit back and hope Madrid, Tulsa, or the Red Lights can knock Oslo off and give them the top seed. Barcelona might be playing the best dotball in Alpha right now, and is on a definite hot streak. If they can beat Tulsa in week 14, they will get a home game, and they will be rooting for the Magic Dragons to beat Dresden so they can face a team they have beaten already in the first round. Tulsa looked god awful against the Dynamites, and now I am no longer sure of how they will fare against Barcelona and Oslo, and their tumble to number four reflects that. Ayrshire almost saw its playoff hopes go up in smoke against Helsinki, but they live to fight another day.

Wonder how the Alpha playoff picture will change after the next set of games... Should be interesting.

yes, and if head to head doesnt solve it, it goes to points. basically now that stockholm didnt upset bolderslev, your only chance at the playoffs is to have venice lose to bordeaux in week 16. if stockholm had won, it could have led to a 3 way tie at 7-9 between mcrg, venice, and stockholm, with each team having a head to head win over 1 of the 2 other teams, and it would have gone to points scored. now because stockholm wont reach 7-9, if venice wins against bordeaux it will end up as both of you as 7-9, and venice has the head to head win to take the 8th seed. you need venice to lose and finish 6-10 to make the playoffs.
