BAYOU 41 LIBBY 27

Game between two championship contenders, and was a good one. Bayou took an early lead only to give up 2 td's by Libby in the second quarter, and they went in tied at the half. But second half was all Bayou, outscoring libs 24-10, including a decisive 14-3 in the third. Really, you take away libbys def td, and the off was just held down in that half. Bayou shows why they are on top of the heap in Alpha, Libby falls out of a home playoff spot.
CHAMPS!: Bayou HB Blitz had 117 yards and 4TD's
OUCH: Libby never gave themselves a chance, with 2 ints and 2 fumbles (losing one)

BOR 27 SPICY 21
This game was a lot closer than i thought. Looks like BOr had righted the ship after their 2 game slide, with a big win last week. But Spicy showed they are no pushover, and actually threw the first punch. Really, if you take away a fumbled kickoff that slowed their momentum, you could be talking about a huge upset. The tofunators also held down Vincent, something not many teams have done. But in the end, BOR was just a little too much.
CHUGGING ALONG: Both teams relied on the ground game, with 149 and 196 yards rushing
MY BAD DAWG: Spicy has to be kicking themselves for the games only turnover being the difference
MLCAIAZZO DIDN'T BELIEVE IN US
ROME 33 TURIN 28
When predictions go wrong......Rome defies their boss and gets a big win to keep their playoff hopes alive. Game started off meekly, 2 fg's in the first, then all of a sudden the offenses came alive with 31 points in the 2nd. Rome was on the right side of that and did enough in the second half to secure the win. Turin takes a tough loss they may make them miss the postseason.
SMACK THAT: Rome QB Chance threw for 438 yards
SLIPPERY WHEN WET: Each team had 2 turnovers, with Rome returning one for a TD
THIS SPACE FOR RENT
VIENNA 35 SWEDISH 23
Your basic game where one team has slim playoff hopes and needs a win, the other team is preparing for next year. Swedish put a small scare into the sausages, pulling to within 1 at halftime, but in the end Vienna was too tough, getting back to .500 with a win.
MY GIRL IS HOT: Vienna QB Paka threw 4td passes
YOURS IS NOT: Wisc just won. I hate the Big Ten.
MOVE ALONG, NOTHING TO SEE HERE
FOY 66 FATHERLESS 17
First in a series of games where one team scored a bunch, the other...not so much. Foy keeps the 4 seed with a win and proves to be the bastards daddy.
