This is my first player and im not sure what i should work on now, so if you guys could help.

I was thinkin maybe takin Stamina to 40, and Vision SoftCap.

So i would like to hear how is my build, what i need to work on, and where to put Vet Pts.

Raw Attributes=
Blocking - 80.05
Strength - 80.46
Agility - 60.65
Speed - 15
Vision - 35.65
Confidence - 23.65
Stamina - 34.65
Jumping - 20

Pass Block- 1, 2, 2, 2, 3
Run Block - 2, 2, 2, 2, 2

Vet.Pts.- Great Blocker (3), Workout Warrior (6)

All EQT is in Strength (96.46 w/ EQT)

Your build is fine for a non-slowbuild. Nothing ground breaking, but not like you ever screwed up either.

My advice would be to stop the SAs now. You'll want to cap vision and possibly confidence as well. You need to train speed. It should pair well with agility right now (yes, agility) or you can train it on normal to get shopping tokens to find.. an AEQ of your choice. Do not add skill points to stamina. 35 is sufficient. Every team should have 2 Cs in a 98/99 rotation. If you're playing so many snaps that 35 stamina is hurting you, I think the team could solve that problem without sacrificing your build.

Also, stop the jumping training. Bort has explicitly stated jumping does not help blocking.

Thank you much, I stopped the Jump training awhile ago, ive stopped with SAs.

This is my 1st ever GLB player so i didnt expect much but i think he decent for a 1st time player.
