Alpha:

#1. West Canaan Coyotes, That win over Bay City is the most impressive win of season 8 to this point in AA#2. The Coyotes are really one of the best teams around, I can't help but wish to see a scrimmage against Florida.

#2. Guam Gorillas, They took down the beast in Samoa and they have really just played freaking great ball every game except against Bay City. They lost to West Canaan by a measly three points, not bad. Guam is jumping up the list a bit, but they have beaten enough teams to back it up.

#3. Samoa Piranha Monkeys, They have lost one game and they lost by 6. Samoa has been one of the best all season, and I expect it to continue. Samoa has Bay City and WSR to go before the season ends, other than that I don't expect any major challenges.

#4. Williamsport Soul Reavers, A win is a win, but that win was way to close against Easter Island. No doubt WSR is tough, but if they are struggling with 6-5 teams, that could be bad in the long run.

#5. Bay City Bohica, They were looking good and had a couple nice wins going for them and then BoOm. They face the Coyotes and get smacked in the mouth as bad as it comes. Bay City has incredible talent, but another game like that will really get me worried.

Zeta:

#1. Florida Frenzy, I am certain that Perth and Melbourne will be ready for Florida, but I expect the Frenzy to finish out 16-0. Florida is really one of the best teams I have ever played against in any compacity, counting the teams I play against on the Pro team I GM scout for.

#2. Rapid City Rebels, Very nice win over a not bad Rockhampton team. The Rebels are good and can prove the are a top team with a win over Newcastle. There is still some questions surrounding Rapid City, and I know they are ready to put the doubters to shame.

#3. Sumatra Sea Hawks, Forget the embarrassing Florida loss and these guys have done some great work this season. Sumatra is one of the few teams that does everything really good.

#4. Newcastle Ghosts, The SSP win is good, but that game was way to close. Newcastle has the chance to maybe climb the rankings in week 12 vs Rapid City. I know these boys are ready to make some noise, especially there amazing wide receiver, Gary Ontario.

#5. Perth Cyclones, You know those teams that are just aggravating and will not go away? Perth is the perfect picture of what that team looks like. Perth might not be the most impressive team, but you can bet money they will be a big fight for anybody.

Can't disagree with our assessment, it was pitiful, but I do think, in some respect its due to the changes we've made to the roster recently and its affects in chemistry, that we've had some key turnovers, as those have a tendency to happen more with poor chemistry. NOT taking anything away from EIM or making excuses, Simply saying I think that played a part. EIM's defense played well when it came to forcing two turnovers.

Looking at my schedule left, three games against the last three placed teams and two teams from the middle of the pack I should go 14-2, great write up Brad.

+1
Can't complain with only a bit above 100 yards allowed by my defense though.

Having twice as many plays as they did will do that.

102 Yards on 44 plays. I'll take that.

Yes, this is true, was due to the turnovers I believe. But, obviously we got some work to do. I like the rankings this week.

It was a close score but you guys held them in check for sure. Getting the W is the main thing and anything else(like defense giving up 100 yards) is an added plus.

Look forward to our matchup as well. You guys have been really solid all season and I expect a great game.

Def man. It will help us both and prepare us even better by the time playoffs get here. It will be a great game.

Exactly, everyone already knows that the top 5 teams are playoff teams in both divisions basically, in Zeta, you could possibly say to 7. Its now a 'fight to the finish' for everyone below that, and the ones in that top 5, are fighting for seeding. Good luck to everyone and great job this week.

I know we lost to Guam, but how do you rank a 2 loss team ahead of us? This isn't the Big 12.

Rankings are based of the concept of who is playing better now.
Not always, but usually the team that wins in a head to head gets the higher spot.
So if they beat you, maybe their not better, but they are playing better right now which is what they are ranked according to.

West Canaan and Williamsport are two good teams. Their match up will be one to keep an eye on.
